So what “works” are we declaring and thanking Jesus for?
Well beloved He created us - He created the world and planets and fashioned the stars with the breath of His mouth and His word. He led the Israelites and Moses out of Egypt by a cloud by day and fire by night. He raises the dead. He defeated the principalities and Satan and has subdued everything under His feet.
“And the LORD went before them by day in a pillar of a cloud, to lead them the way; and by night in a pillar of fire, to give them light; to go by day and night:”

He came down as fully God yet in a baby’s body- what humility.
He was born of a virgin; by the Holy Spirit.
He was marred more than any human - and was chastised for our sins- when Jesus died- we ALL were in the future- what love is this, we definitely do not deserve but the love of Christ casts out all fear. He has delivered my soul from Hell- and has caused me to be born again by the word of God. He has been preparing a place for us for almost 2000 perfect years.
“As many were astonied at thee; his visage was so marred more than any man, and his form more than the sons of men:”

2 Corinthians 9:15 KJV
The gift of eternal life, obtained by believing Jesus is God and He is the one and only Saviour and God- we have already passed on from death to life The Bible tells us that we are new creatures in Christ, and that we are to wait and watch for the Son (Jesus) from Heaven-
“He hath made every thing beautiful in his time: also he hath set the world in their heart, so that no man can find out the work that God maketh from the beginning to the end.”
