Why I am KJV

See how and where the NIV attacks the deity of Christ, blood atonement and many fundamentals of the faith

Comparing The NIV With The King James Bible

(Take the time to read the verses)

Isaiah 14:12-16 (See Rev. 22:16)
The NIV changed the name Lucifer to read morning star. Jesus is the morning star, therefore the NIV has changed Jesus into Lucifer who is the devil.

Micah 5:2
Leaves out the word everlasting which denies the eternal existence of Jesus Christ. Many people are from old and ancient times, but only God is from everlasting.

Daniel 3:25
Changes the Son of God to read a son of God. Angels are sons of God, so was Adam and us. But we are not THE Son of God. It denies the fact that the fourth man in the fire was Jesus Christ the Son of God.

2 Samuel 21:19
Says Elhanan killed Goliath. Any 6 year old child knows David killed Goliath. This man killed the brother of Goliath. This is a gross error.

Matthew 1:25
Leaves out the words firstborn son. Denies the fact that Mary had other children after Christ which destroys the heresy of the perpetual virginity of Mary taught by Rome.

Matthew 5:22
Leaves out; angry with his brother without a cause thus making Christ a sinner in Mark 3:5 when he looked upon religious hypocrites with anger.

Matthew 5:44
Leaves out; Bless them that curse you, do good to them that hate you. Evidently they did not believe it is possible so they left it out of the verse.

Matthew 12:40
NIV says that Jonah was swallowed by a great fish and not a whale even though there is no Greek text that says fish.

Matthew 17:21
Left out a verse that tells us that some devils cannot be cast out of a person without prayer and fasting.

Matthew 18:11
NIV leaves out the whole verse which says that Christ came to save sinners.

Matthew 20:22
NIV left out part of the verse that says that Christ’s death was a baptism. It is an important verse for we share in his baptism of death according to Romans 6.

Matthew 23:14
Leaves out the verse where Christ condemns priests who charged people money for praying for their dead spouses. This verse condemns prayers for the dead, which is a money making racket of the Catholic Church.

Matthew 27:35
Left out half of the verse which shows that Christ fulfilled prophecy when he died. He fulfilled Psa. 22:18. Fulfilled prophecy tells us two things: the Bible is true and that Jesus Christ was the Son of God.

Mark 1:2
This is not written in Isaiah as the NV says. It is written in Malachi 3:1. This is a gross error.

Mark 1:14
Leaves out the kingdom of God. He didn't preach the good news of God; he preached the gospel of the kingdom of God.

Mark 3:15
Leaves out the fact that Jesus not only gave the apostles power to cast out devils, but to heal sicknesses.

Mark 6:11
Leaves out what God did to Sodom and Gomorrah. Why? Two of the members of the NIV translation committee were open lesbians. That is why the word sodomite is left completely out of the NIV. This perversion was written by pro homosexuals. They don't want you to know that the reason God destroyed Sodom and Gomorrah was because of the sin of sodomy.

Mark 7:16
Leaves out the verse where Jesus said; If any man have ears to hear, let him hear. This tells us that you must have spiritual ears to hear and understand the word of God. The NIV committee would have us to believe that you can understand the word of God without spiritual ears.

Mark 9:24
Left out the word Lord in a verse where a man said he believed that Jesus was Lord. If Jesus is Lord he is Jehovah God according to Isa. 26:4.

Mark 9:44, 46
Left out; where their worm dieth not. This shows us that when a person is cast into hell they are not consumed or cease to exist. They suffer forever in the fire.

Mark 15:28
Left this verse completely out which shows you another prophecy that Christ fulfilled when he died. It is a fulfillment of Isa. 53:12.

Mark 16:9
Leaves out or tells you that verses 9-20 are not in the original MSS which is a lie.

Luke 2:33
NIV says that Joseph was Jesus father denying the fact that God was his father.

Luke 2:43
NIV inserts the word parents leading you to believe again that Joseph was the father of Christ.

Luke 4:4
Left out; but by every word of God. Everything we have and believe as Christians is based upon every word of God. It is our weapon to defeat the devil. The NIV left it out. Why would a group of Bible translators leave out a verse that says we live by every word of God? Did God or the devil lead them to leave out these words?

Luke 4:8
Left out; get thee behind me satan. This covers up an important fact about fighting against satan. The way you order the devil to get behind you is by the word of God.

Luke 4:41
Christ is out

Luke 7:28
The NIV left out an important fact about John the Baptist. That he was the greatest of all prophets.

Luke 9:54
Left out a historical biblical event, how that Elijah called down fire from heaven and burned up his enemies. Too politically incorrect for the NIV committee.

Luke 9:55
Leaves out the words; Ye know not what manner of spirit ye are of. This tells us that even believers like the apostles can be led by another spirit other than the Holy Spirit. It’s obvious the NIV committee was led by another spirit.

Luke 9:56
Leaves out a verse that says; For the Son of man is not come to destroy men’s lives, but to save them. By leaving this verse out the NIV conceals the reason Christ came into the world.

Luke 22:14
Leaves out the fact that when Jesus ate the Lord’s Supper all 12 apostles were present and ate it too. This shows us that eating the Lord’s Supper will not save you for Judas Iscariot ate it and he died and went to hell.

Luke 23:38
Leaves out the fact that over the cross it was written in Greek, Latin and Hebrew that Jesus was the King of the Jews. Those were the three dominate languages of that day so that everyone in his own language could read it, but the NIV left it out.

John 3:15
Left out; should not perish which is a denial of hell. The word hell appears 31 times in the Old Testament in the KJB, but not once in the NIV. The NIV leaves it out of 9 verses in the New Testament.

John 3:16
Contrary to the NIV Jesus Christ is not the one and only son of God. Every Christian is a son of God. Jesus is the only begotten son of God. This is a major doctrinal error and a gross mistake in the NIV.

John 4:42
In the KJB it says these men believed that Jesus was the Christ and the Saviour of the world. The NIV says they believed he was the Saviour of the world, but not Christ. There are a lot of saviors but there is only one Christ. This Saviour is the Christ.

John 5:4
Leaves out the verse about the angel who stirred the waters of Bethesda to heal those who stepped in first.

John 6:47
Leaves out believeth on me. It makes a world of difference in what you believe. You must believe on Christ to be saved, but the NIV left it out. A Muslim or Buddhist can agree with the NIV in this verse, but not the KJB.

John 7:50
Leaves out the fact that Nicodemus came to Jesus by night. This tells us he was a secret disciple and was afraid of being cast out of the synagogue for being seen with Jesus. Sounds like a lot of Christians today.

John 16:16
NIV leaves out the words; because I go to my father. There are cults who teach he went to India, to Mt. Carmel, Europe and some say he went to America. This is the verse they use. But the KJB says he went to his Father not India etc.

Acts 1:3
The KJB says that the proofs of Christ's resurrection were many and they are infallible proofs. The NIV says convincing proofs. But the word convincing isn't as strong as infallible for what may be convincing to one man may not be convincing to another. But infallible leaves no room for debate, doubt, or dispute. The KJB chose the strongest word possible to prove his resurrection. The NIV chose a word that is relative.

Acts 8:37
The whole verse is left out which declares that Jesus Christ is the Son of God. One of the greatest verses in the Bible to prove the deity of Christ is left out in the NIV.

Acts 9:6
Leaves out what Paul said when God saved him; Lord what wilt thou have me to do?

Romans 1:16
Leaves out the Gospel of Christ. A mistake because there is more than one gospel in the Bible and many false gospels in the world. A man could preach any gospel and quote this verse. The KJB is careful to show you that the gospel that saves sinners is the gospel of Christ.

Romans 1:20
Left out the word Godhead and inserted divine nature. I have a divine nature and so do you if you are saved. But I am not the Godhead.

Romans 8:1
Leaves out 1/2 of the verse. The KJB tells you who is in Christ. It’s those who walk and live after the Spirit and not the flesh. In this chapter those who are in the flesh are lost and those who in the Spirit are saved. (verse 9) There is condemnation to those in the flesh which is brought out in this chapter but no condemnation to those who are in the Spirit. The NIV hides this fact by leaving out 1/2 of verse 1.

Romans 11:6
Left out half the verse. It left out the part that tells you that man cannot be saved by works and grace at the same time. The majority of the writers of the NIV did not believe in salvation by grace. They believe a man can be saved by grace and works at the same time. That is why they left out the part that says that salvation by works is not grace.

Romans 13:9
They left out the commandment about lying. Only a liar would leave out a verse that condemns liars. The NIV translators were all liars and the NIV is a masterpiece of lies and half truths. They left out the commandment that condemns them.

Romans 16:24
Left out the verse.

1 Corinthians 5:7
The NIV does not say who Christ was sacrificed for in this verse. The KJB tells us that he was sacrificed for us. That makes it personal.

1 Corinthians 10:28
The NIV translators did not want you to know that the earth is the Lord's and the fullness thereof, so they left it out.

2 Corinthians 2:17
NIV changes the words corrupt the word of God to read; peddle the word of God.
It’s not surprising that the NIV would change this verse for it corrupts the word of God on every page.

Galatians 6:15
The NIV left out the words in Christ which destroys the meaning of the verse. The KJB says that in Christ circumcision and uncircumcision are of no value because in him all those distinctions are broken down. (Gal. 3:28)

Galatians 6:17
The NIV leaves out the word Lord in a verse that says that Jesus is Lord. The KJB says the Lord Jesus. It always upholds the deity and majesty of Christ. Christ is more than Jesus, he is the Lord and the Lord is Jehovah.

Ephesians 1:6
NIV leaves out the fact that believers are accepted in the beloved.

Ephesians 3:9
The NIV leaves out the words by Jesus Christ in a verse that shows him to be the creator of heaven and earth. The NIV did not want you to know that Jesus Christ is the creator for that would make him the God of Gen. 1:1. Every chance it gets to attack the deity of Christ it does. Every chance the KJB gets to uphold and defend his deity it does so.

Ephesians 3:14
The NIV does not want you to know that God is the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ so it just cut him completely out of the verse.

Ephesians 5:30
The NIV left out flesh and bones in a verse that defines the Christians relationship with Christ. The KJB tells us that we are members of his body, flesh and bones but the NIV doesn't want you to know that, so they left out 1/2 of the verse.

Philippians 2:6
If I made myself equal with God I would be robbing God of his deity for I would be dragging God down to my level. But when Jesus said he was God he did not rob God of anything for he is God. When Jesus said I and my father are one he did not rob God of deity. He is equal with the Father in all things. That is why he did not hesitate to make himself equal with God.

But the NIV says he did not think that equality with God could be grasped. It other words Christ did not make himself equal with God because he couldn't do it. He couldn't grasp it. He could not attain it, which is a lie. Over and over again he made himself equal with God. He was God in a body of flesh so he was equal with God.

Colossians 1:2
The NIV leaves out the Lord Jesus Christ again. Why would the NIV committee leave out that wonderful name if they didn't have something against him?

Colossians 1:14
The NIV leaves out the blood of Christ in this verse. Who hates the blood of Christ? Who tries to cover up the blood of Christ? Who would have you to believe that you could be redeemed by something other than the blood of Christ? Satan. Now you know who wrote the NIV. It is satan's master piece.

Colossians 2:9
The NIV changes the word Godhead to read the deity. There are a lot of so called deities in the world today. The Hindus have millions of deities. The words the deity is a new age term that can apply to any thing that men call God today. The KJB says Godhead. There isn't but one God and Christ is filled with the fullness of the Godhead bodily.

2 Thessalonians 2:3
We know that the antichrist is called the son of perdition in Revelation. We also know that Judas Iscariot is called the son of perdition and a devil. From this we know that the same spirit that was in Judas Iscariot will be in the antichrist, so that we can say the antichrist is the reincarnation of Judas Iscariot. But the NIV changes the verse to read; the man doomed to destruction. By changing these words it hides the true identity of the antichrist.

1 Timothy 3:16
The KJB says that God was manifest in the flesh. When was God manifest in the flesh? In Christ. Jesus Christ is God in a physical body of flesh. This is one of the greatest verses in the New Testament that declares that Jesus Christ is God manifest in the flesh and the NIV totally perverts it. It reads he appeared in a body. The way that the NIV translates this verse it can apply to anybody. It can apply to me or you. You and I have appeared in a body etc... So what? What is so great about this? It does not tell you anything. It is not even correct English. He is a pronoun that refers to a noun or antecedent. There is no antecedent in the context. The statement makes no sense.

1 Timothy 6:20
One of the great enemies we face today as Christians is false science. Much of what men call science today is false such as the theory of evolution. We are barraged every day by false science and much of it is aimed at the Bible and Christians to shake our faith in the word of God. The NIV changes the words false science to read knowledge. By doing so they left out one of the most important warnings to Christians in the last days.

2 Timothy 2:15
This is one of the greatest verses in the Bible that tells us how to read, study and teach the Bible. The KJB tells us to rightly divide the word of truth. We know that most heresies today come from those who do not rightly divide the word of Truth. This verse will save us from the heresies and false doctrines of the last days. The NIV changes the words to read; correctly handles the word of truth. There is a world of difference between handling something and dividing it. The NIV perverts the greatest verse in the Bible about how to study and interpret the Bible. The NIV translators do not want you to rightly divide the word of truth and nether does the devil. It is much easier for him to deceive you if you do not rightly divide the word of truth. It is amazing to me how many dispensationalists who preach about rightly dividing the word of truth who use the NIV which leaves out these words!

Hebrews 1:3
NIV leaves out the fact that Jesus Christ is the express image of God.

Hebrews 3:18
Unbelief speaks of faith. Disobedience speaks of works. The NIV translators do not know the difference because most of them believed in salvation by works and obedience instead of faith. That is why they changed the word unbelief to read disobedience.

James 5:16
The NIV changes the word faults to read sins. There is a difference between faults and sins. Every fault is not a sin. The NIV says to confess your sins to other people but we should confess our sins to God. (1 Jn. 1:9) This is a favorite verse for Catholic priests.

1 Peter 4:14
Leaves out how Christians glorify Christ while lost people speak evil of him.

1 John 4:3
The devil has many people convinced that the real Christ has not come in the flesh yet. If you believe the real Christ is not come in the flesh you will be deceived when the devil sends you his Christ, the antichrist. To help the devil the NIV left out the words that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh. The KJB says that the real Christ has already come and his name is Jesus, the NIV leaves it out.

1 John 5:7
Left out 3/4 of the verse that proves the trinity of the Godhead.

1 John 5:13
God wants you to believe on the Son of God so the KJB left it in the verse. The NIV does not want you to believe on the Son of God so they took it out of the verse. Who is it that does not want you to believe on the Son of God? The devil. Who would inspire men to write a book that left out a verse that encourages men to believe on the Son of God?

Revelation 1:8, 11
Whenever the NIV gets a chance to attack the deity of Christ it never fails to do so. That is why it leaves out the words that Christ is the beginning and the end. Only God can make a statement like that and Jesus says it about himself making him equal with God again. (Isa. 44:6)

Revelation 1:13, 14:14
The KJB leaves no room for doubt but that the person that John sees in these two visions is Jesus Christ. But the NIV changes it to read someone like a son of man. That could be anybody.

Revelation 5:14
The NIV leaves out the words liveth forever. Who would leave out a verse that says that Jesus Christ lives forever? Only a demon possessed man would do such a thing.

The NIV leaves out 17 verses in the New Testament found in the King James Bible and leaves out 64,576 words in both Testaments.

There is nothing new about the NIV as it claims. The readings are found throughout the RSV, NRSV, ASV, NASV. As to the text of the NIV and its Greek text, it is nothing but a reprint of 1890 (Nestles) translated as the RSV and the NRSV translated it.

A summary of the reasons a Christian should believe the Authorized King James Version of 1611 is the pure, inerrant word of God and superior to all other English translations.

By Tim Morton

(1) Because God promised to preserve His pure word for every generation, and the AV has more godly fruits and virtues than any other Bible, thus indicating it is His pure word.
(2) Because it’s English text is based on the Textus Receptus which essentially represents the majority of Greek texts.
(3) Because its Greek text and translations from it, is stained with the blood of countless Bible believing Christians who gave their life to protect it.
(4) Because it’s Greek text was directly responsible for the Protestant Reformation.
(5) Because of the time of its publication in 1611; before the great movements of unbelief swept the world.
(6) Because of the accuracy, vitality, and expressiveness of its language.
(7) Because of the ability, character, and integrity of its translators.
(8) Because of its internal consistency and honesty concerning its italics, the apocrypha, and its different editions.
(9) Because of its lack of a commercial copyright.
(10) Because it has greatly outsold all other English translations combined with over one billion copies printed.
(11) Because of its remarkable endurance through the centuries against constant attacks and criticism from carnal Christians and non-Christians.
(12) Because over one hundred attempts to replace it have not succeeded.
(13) Because of the inconsistent and emotional arguments of its critics and their refusal to believe any Bible in any language is inerrant.
(14) Because it is the standard all the publishers and translators of the modern versions compare their Bibles against.
(15) Because it is the Bible God used by choice to start every great revival since its publication, resulting in the salvation of millions.
(16) Because of the preeminent place it gives to the Lord Jesus Christ; it exalts Him at every opportunity.
(17) Because it expresses every Christian doctrine especially the fundamentals more often or more clearly than any modern version.
(18) Because of the witness of the Holy Spirit and the power and influence it has over men, saint and sinner.
(19) Because God authorized it to be the Standard English Bible in the eyes of the public through most of the last four centuries.
(20) Because of its use of chapter and verse markings, making it much easier to find and note passages.
(21) Because no one has proven one error in it yet.
Some more reasons to only use The King James Holy Bible!

In the Old Testament, the names of God are ALL CAPS: LORD - GOD = Jehovah

Lord = Adonai

God = Elohiym

This only holds true in The Holy King James Bible. In other counterfeit bible versions, sometimes.

thee, thine thou = singular

ye, you, your = plural

the th at the end of a word means = a continued action

John 3:7
7 Marvel not that I said unto thee, Ye must be born again.

Or as they say in the South... "You'all must be born again!"

Luke 22:31-32
31 And the Lord said, Simon, Simon, behold, Satan hath desired to have you, that he may sift you as wheat:

32 But I have prayed for thee, that thy faith fail not: and when thou art converted, strengthen thy brethren.
Jesus to Simon Peter: Satan seek to sift you (all of you disciples)

as wheat... but I have prayed for thee Simon (singular)

A few more reasons to only use The King James Holy Bible!

From the King James Holy Bible, John 8:32
32 And ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free.

The truth that "MAKES" free concerns the person itself!

From the NIV bible, John 8:32
32 Then you will know the truth, and the truth will set you free.

"SET" free, refers to the outside circumstances rather than the person itself.  Like a bird set free from a cage.  Satan does not want you made free.

From the King James Holy Bible, Romans 8:1
1 THERE is therefore now no condemnation to them which are in Christ Jesus, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit.

(Romans 8:1) above is conditional!  Notice below, the wicked NIV removes (who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit.)

From the NIV, Romans 8:1
1 Therefore, there is now no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus,

Satan wants people to walk after the "FLESH," and not after the "SPIRIT!"
A comment from "Baptist Joshua" of YouTube.

Are they King James Only, or Only King James?

I forget which one is which.

I say that for English, we ought only use the King James Version, or the old Geneva Bible.  The KJV is translated from the Textus Receptus.  Modern translations and mistranslations come from the Codex Sinaiticus and Codex Vaticanus.  Those came from the Alexandrians, a cult which denied the deity of Christ, and so removed words, phrases, and entire sections from the Bible, hence they are missing in the modern translations, which also contain errors.  The Isaiah scroll was recently opened, being the oldest known copy of scripture, and it agreed with the Textus Receptus. So now the proponents of the Codexi cannot claim their copies to be older than the Textus Receptus, as if that lent any credibility.

Proper Translation Examples:

Romans 3:23 (King James Version)
23 For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God;

Romans 5:8 (King James Version)
8 But God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us.

Romans 6:23 (King James Version)
23 For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.

Ephesians 2:8-9 (King James Version)
8 For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God:
9 Not of works, lest any man should boast.

Romans 3:19-20 (King James Version)
19 Now we know that what things soever the law saith, it saith to them who are under the law: that every mouth may be stopped, and all the world may become guilty before God.
20 Therefore by the deeds of the law there shall no flesh be justified in his sight: for by the law is the knowledge of sin.

John 3:16 (King James Version)
16 For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.

Romans 10:9-10 (King James Version)
9 That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved.
10 For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.

In this video I deal with the real reason why 'Pastor Brian' left what he calls the King James Only cult. It was really to embrace the false doctrine of Calvinism. The gimmick is to sell leaving it for 'freedom', the same lie Satan sold in the Garden.

Those of us who are spreading this message of the glorious gospel of Jesus Christ face many obstacles.
One of the biggest is getting people to understand why they can trust the King James Bible. Brother Bryan Ross here presents a brief, but fascinating look at why you can believe that this King James Bible is square one of all truth.
Until I can convince you that our Bible is unlike any other holy book in any other religion, I will not be able to get you to understand who you are, where you are, and where you are going.
Take a few minutes and watch this. Its worth it.

The Originals When men make the statement; "We believe that the Bible as originally written is the infallible word of God they show one of two things; they are either dishonest or they are ignorant. Do you realize that God abandoned the original manuscripts 1000's of years ago? If God wanted to preserve the so called "originals" for every generation there is no doubt he could have done it, but HE DID NOT choose to do so. The originals vanished 1000's of years ago. So a Bible believing Christian should have the same attitude toward the originals as God does: the originals have served their purpose and are no longer needed. It is interesting to note that the original manuscripts never were compiled to make a complete Bible. The word Bible means "book" or a collection of books. But the original autographs of the Old Testament writers were never in a single volume with the autographs of the New Testament writers. The so called "Bible" that the so called scholars place so much emphasis on, never existed at any time in any language. The original autographs of Moses, David, Isaiah etc. had vanished from the earth long before the 8 writers of the New Testament sat down to write their epistles. There never was a time in history that all 66 original books of the Bible were put together in one book. What this means is the so called final authority of many Fundamentalists does not exist now in one volume and it never existed in one volume. According to their theory, there is no time or place in history where a person could have all of God's pure word in a complete cannon. We have read in Psalms 12:7 that God promised to preserve his word in a pure and perfect form forever. Did God fail to keep his promise? No. God preserved the word that he inspired. And in the Bible when men read the preserved copies of the word of God they believed them to be the infallible words of God. Examples of how Christ and the Apostles regarded the copies of the “originals” Luke 4:16-21 says: And he came to Nazareth, where he had been brought up: and, as his custom was, he went into the synagogue on the sabbath day, and stood up for to read. And there was delivered unto him the book of the prophet Esaias. And when he had opened the book, he found the place where it was written, The Spirit of the Lord is upon me, because he hath anointed me to preach the gospel to the poor; he hath sent me to heal the brokenhearted, to preach

deliverance to the captives, and recovering of sight to the blind, to set at liberty them that are bruised, To preach the acceptable year of the Lord. And he closed the book, and he gave it again to the minister, and sat down. And the eyes of all them that were in the synagogue were fastened on him. And he began to say unto them, This day is this scripture fulfilled in your ears. When they handed the book of Isaiah to Christ to read, was it the original book that Isaiah wrote himself? No. When Jesus Christ read from Isaiah he was reading a copy that had been translated from a copy that had been translated from the original. He did not have in his hand the original book that Isaiah wrote. It was a preserved copy of the book of Isaiah. But Jesus Christ considered the copy he read to be just as pure as the original. He did not correct it or change it. If what he read was not pure and perfect he would have said so because he said that man shall live by every word that proceedeth out of the mouth of God. God would never tell you to put your faith in a book full or errors. The book Christ read from did not contain one error, even though it was a copy of the original book of Isaiah. In John 5:39 Jesus said: Search the scriptures; for in them ye think ye have eternal life: and they are they which testify of me. When he told them to search the scriptures did he mean search the original writings of the prophets? No, they had long since disappeared. The scriptures they had were the same ones we have; copies of the originals. But notice, Jesus called these copies the scriptures and he said that in these copies they had eternal life and these copies testified of him. Jesus treated the copies of the originals the same as the originals by calling them the scriptures. In Acts 8:27-35 it says; Behold, a man of Ethiopia, an eunuch of great authority under Candace queen of the Ethiopians, who had the charge of all her treasure, and had come to Jerusalem for to worship, was returning, and sitting in his chariot read Esaias the prophet . Then the Spirit said unto Philip, Go near, and join thyself to this chariot. And Philip ran thither to him, and heard him read the prophet Esaias, and said, Understandest thou what thou readest? And he said, How can I, except some man should guide me? And he desired Philip that he would come up and sit with him. The place of the scripture which he read was this, He was led as a sheep to the slaughter; and like a lamb dumb before his shearer, so opened he not his mouth: In his humiliation his judgment was taken away: and who shall declare his generation? for his life is taken from the earth. And the eunuch answered Philip, and said, I pray thee, of whom speaketh the prophet this? of himself, or of some other man? Then Philip opened his mouth, and began at the same scripture, and preached unto him Jesus. When Philip found this Ethiopian eunuch he was sitting in his chariot reading Isaiah the Prophet. He was reading Isaiah 53 and Philip preached unto him that Jesus was the

sacrifice of Isaiah 53. Did he have the original book of Isaiah in his hand? Of course not. He had a preserved copy of the book of Isaiah. In Act 26:22-23 Paul said: I continue unto this day, witnessing both to small and great, saying none other things than those which the prophets and Moses did say should come: Throughout his life time Paul preached from the scriptures of Moses and the Prophets. (Acts 17:1-3) But did he have the original writings of Moses and the Prophets in his possession? Of course not. He had what Jesus had; copies of Moses and the Prophets. In 2 Timothy 3:15-16 Paul wrote: And that from a child thou hast known the holy scriptures, which are able to make thee wise unto salvation through faith which is in Christ Jesus. All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness: That the man of God may be perfect, throughly furnished unto all good works. 2 Timothy 3:16 is the classic passage on the inspiration of the scriptures. We use it to prove that God inspired the Apostles and Prophets to write the scriptures and that the scriptures are the inspired words of God. But what many ignore is verse 15. Paul says in verse 15 that Timothy knew the Holy Scriptures since he was a child. Did Timothy have in his possession the original scriptures written by the original writers of the Bible? No, he had a copy. But Paul calls the copy Timothy had the Holy Scriptures and in verse 16 he says all scripture is given by inspiration of God. What does this tell us? Paul considered the scriptures Timothy had to be given by inspiration since in the next verse he says all scripture is given by inspiration. These two verses alone prove that inspiration includes preservation, for the scriptures Timothy had were copies of the originals. Verse 16 does not say the original writings were given by inspiration, but that all scripture is given by inspiration present tense, referring to the Holy Scriptures which Timothy had in his possession. The so called scholars use this verse to teach that the originals only were inspired, but it says no such thing. Not one time in the Bible is the word scripture or scriptures a reference to an original autograph. It ALWAYS refers to a copy! The originals were given by inspiration not because they were the original autographs, but because they were scripture. The key word is SCRIPTURE. Just remember, for a text to be scripture it does not have to be the original. God makes no distinction between the purity of the original and an accurate copy made of it, even a copy made from another copy hundreds of years after the original! Since all scripture is given by inspiration of God, the scripture Christ quoted in Luke 4 in the synagogue was pure as were the scriptures he commanded the Jews to search in John 5. Likewise, the scripture the Eunuch read in Acts 8 was pure; the scriptures Paul preached out of in Acts were pure. Every reference to scripture in the Bible is a reference to God's infallible, inerrant word. Whether the scripture is an original autograph or a copy is immaterial. God does not esteem the former above the latter in any way, and neither should we

Each of these Bibles was a valuable translation, but the King James of 1611 is the purist- the seventh and final purification. It has completely replaced all six of its predecessors. There are those who object to divine preservation by saying such things as; how could God use sinful men to preserve his word without error? They point out that the King James translators were sinners and they say no sinner could translate God's words without error. But this argument is ludicrous. The same people say the Apostles and Prophets who wrote the originals were sinners and God used them to produce an infallible text, but then they turn around and say that God could not use sinners to preserve what the Apostles and Prophets wrote! That is not consistent, for if God could use sinners to write his words down in the originals without error, why can't he use sinners to preserve it? Also, what possible reason could God have for giving his word by inspiration and having it written down and then allowing it to be hopelessly corrupted? If God did not preserve what he inspired then his work was in vain. Inspiration extends to preservation. We do not have the original autographs and the only ones who did were the Apostles and Prophets who wrote them. What we have are the words of the originals preserved in a pure text and that is what God intended for us to have. God never intended for us to have the original writings. How could the billions of believers who have lived throughout history all have the original writings of the Apostles and Prophets? The 27 books of the New Testament were written and possessed by just 8 men. How could every Christian since the time of the writing of the New Testament have the originals written by those 8 men? It’s impossible. God intended for us to have a pure preservation of the original writings which is what the saints had in Bible times

the NIV didn’t know this; they said Elhanan killed Goliath the giant. This is a gross error and yet this is the Bible the so called “experts” say is so superior to the KJB. Children in my kindergarten who have never set foot in school know that David killed Goliath, but these men and women who spent years in college and have a long list of academic degrees behind their names did not know this. This would be laughable if it were not so serious. Matthew 1:24-25 KJB Then Joseph being raised from sleep did as the angel of the Lord had bidden him, and took unto him his wife: And knew her not till she had brought forth her firstborn son: and he called his name JESUS. NIV When Joseph woke up, he did what the angel of the Lord had commanded him and took Mary home as his wife. But he had no union with her until she gave birth to a son. And he gave him the name Jesus. The KJB says Jesus was the first born son of Mary. The NIV leaves out the words firstborn son. By leaving out the words firstborn son the NIV denies the fact that Mary had other children after Christ. The editors of the NIV would have you to believe the heresy of the perpetual virginity of Mary. But the KJB shows us Mary did not remain a virgin all her life. She was a virgin when she had Christ, but Jesus is called her firstborn son for the simple reason Mary had other children after Christ. She had sons and daughters and their names are listed in Matthew 13:55-56. Matthew 5:21-22 KJB Ye have heard that it was said by them of old time, Thou shalt not kill; and whosoever shall kill shall be in danger of the judgment: But I say unto you, That whosoever is angry with his brother without a cause shall be in danger of the judgment. NIV You have heard that it was said to the people long ago, ‘Do not murder, and anyone who murders will be subject to judgment.’ But I tell you that anyone who is angry with his brother will be subject to judgment. The KJB says that a man who is angry with his brother without a cause is a sinner and is in danger of the judgment. The NIV says that anyone who is angry with his brother is a sinner and in danger of the judgment. The NIV leaves out the words; without a cause. This is a serious mistake because if that were true Christ would be a sinner because he got angry on many occasions. In Mark 3 the Pharisees condemn Jesus for healing a man on the Sabbath day and it says in verse 5: And when he had looked round about on them with anger, being grieved for the hardness of their hearts, he saith unto the man, Stretch forth thine hand. And he stretched it out: and his hand was restored whole as the other.

Jesus Christ got angry with the religious hypocrites in time past and is still angry with them today. There is no sin in being angry. The Bible says be ye angry and sin not in Ephesians 4:26. The sin is being angry with someone without a cause. Christ had a good cause to be angry with the Pharisees and he has a good cause to be angry with the translators of the NIV who make him out to be the devil in Isaiah 14 and a sinner in Matthew 5. Matthew 18:11 KJB For the Son of man is come to save that which was lost. NIV The NIV leaves this verse out that says Christ came to save sinners. If Christ came to save sinners then what spirit led the NIV translators to leave out a verse that says he came to save them? This shows you beyond a doubt that the men and women who wrote the NIV were not led by the Spirit of God. If they were led by the Spirit of God they would have left these words in the verse. Instead they cut them out. The spirit who led them to cut it out was the spirit of satan for he is the spirit who blinds people’s minds from being saved by the Son of God. One way he blinds them is with Bibles like the NIV that leaves out verses that says he came to save sinners. Matthew 23:14 Woe unto you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! for ye devour widows' houses, and for a pretence make long prayer: therefore ye shall receive the greater damnation. Here is a verse that condemns a group of priests who wore long robes and called themselves fathers who were charging widows to pray for their dead spouses. They charged so much money that they devoured widows houses and their property. These long robed priests who called themselves fathers had a religious racket going on. They led these poor widows to believe they had the power to pray their dead loved ones out of a place of punishment and the Lord condemned them. He said they were of the devil. Do you know of a group of men today who wear long robes to appear holier than other people who call themselves fathers and pray for dead people? It obvious who the Lord is condemning in this verse. This condemns the Roman Catholic priesthood who still operate this money making religious racket today. But guess what; this verse is missing in the NIV. The NIV translators did not want you to know that it is satanic to pray for dead people. They did not want to expose these long robed priests called fathers who charge people to pray for the dead, so they took the scissors of Satan and cut it out of the NIV. If you use the NIV how can you condemn the satanic practice of praying for the dead when the Bible you use deletes the verse in the Bible that condemns this satanic religious racket?

NIV And if any place will not welcome you or listen to you, shake the dust off your feet when you leave, as a testimony against them. The NIV leaves out what God did to Sodom and Gomorrah. Why? Two of the members of the NIV translation committee were open lesbians. That is why the word sodomite is left completely out of the NIV. The reason they leave it out is because the NIV was written by pro homosexuals. They don't want you to know that the reason God destroyed Sodom and Gomorrah was because of the sin of sodomy. Mark 15:27-28 KJB (27) And with him they crucify two thieves; the one on his right hand, and the other on his left. (28) And the scripture was fulfilled, which saith, And he was numbered with the transgressors. Verse 28 is not found in the NIV. Verse 28 is important for it shows us again that when Christ died he fulfilled prophecy which is one of the proofs the Bible is true and accurate. He fulfilled Isaiah 53:12 in this verse, but you would not know it reading the NIV. Mark 16:1-20 In this chapter is found the resurrection of Christ, the ascension of Christ back up into heaven and the great commission he gave his Apostles. The KJB has all 20 verses, but the NIV has a large note that says verses 9-20 are not in some early manuscripts. The manuscripts that left them out were corrupt manuscripts, but they are found in the pure manuscripts the KJB came from called the Textus Receptus. Luke 2:33 KJB And Joseph and his mother marveled at those things which were spoken of him. NIV The child’s father and mother marveled at what was said about him.
