We have HEART problems!

 

Next time people say “well, God knows my heart…” or whatever beware!

They say things they know not of- yes God knows our heart and Jesus tells us about it also.. we need to know how wicked our hearts can be. One must come to that conclusion that Jesus is correct about us and that is WHY we so desperately need Him; like a baby needing their parents to care, love and nurture them. Next time they say that, answer according to their folly: “yes, do you know what the Bible says about our hearts?” And watch them flee. 

“For out of the heart proceed evil thoughts, murders, adulteries, fornications, thefts, false witness, blasphemies:”

‭‭Matthew‬ ‭15‬:‭19‬ ‭KJV‬‬

Jesus explains it is not what goes into (like food) the body that defileth a man- it is what comes out of the mouth (because that is in your heart). Be ye reconciled to God and He shall give you a new heart of flesh and not of stone. 

“And God, which knoweth the hearts, bare them witness, giving them the Holy Ghost, even as he did unto us;”

We ALL have heart problems! Literally! When my heart got broken- I turned to Jesus with what was left of my heart and soul at that time..

 “But those things which proceed out of the mouth come forth from the heart; and they defile the man.”

‭‭Matthew‬ ‭15‬:‭18‬ ‭KJV‬‬

“O generation of vipers, how can ye, being evil, speak good things? for out of the abundance of the heart the mouth speaketh.”

‭‭Matthew‬ ‭12‬:‭34‬ ‭KJV‬‬

“The heart of the righteous studieth to answer: But the mouth of the wicked poureth out evil things.”

‭‭Proverbs‬ ‭15‬:‭28‬ ‭KJV‬‬

^^ answer? To what? To whom? -to Christ when He calls for us home!!!

“Deceit is in the heart of them that imagine evil: But to the counsellors of peace is joy.”

we are to live at peace with all, if at all possible!

“And the LORD thy God will circumcise thine heart, and the heart of thy seed, to love the LORD thy God with all thine heart, and with all thy soul, that thou mayest live.”

‭‭Deuteronomy‬ ‭30‬:‭6‬ ‭KJV‬‬

“But as it is written, Eye hath not seen, nor ear heard, Neither have entered into the heart of man, The things which God hath prepared for them that love him.”

“A good man out of the good treasure of the heart bringeth forth good things: and an evil man out of the evil treasure bringeth forth evil things.”

listen to what people say- not just how they say it. Ye will know them by their fruits- also meaning tongue and speech. Let your speech be rather yea and nay; Jesus and Paul both tell us all else is evil.

^our human or first hearts are stony; cold; wicked  the new heart Jesus gives us is peaceful, loving, long-suffering, slow to anger, not resentful, faithful, meek, prudent, joyful, self-controlled by the Holy Spirit.

^the peace Jesus gives us is perfect; not rushed it is likened to a cool crisp breeze on a beautiful fall day; we feel the wind as we feel Jesus’ presence within us

“O God, my heart is fixed; I will sing and give praise, even with my glory.”

God Himself has written His laws within our hearts. How else would we know (besides the Holy Spirit; and wisdom) to keep God’s commandments; or be able to distinguish between good and evil?

These topics need to be discussed within the body of Christ - so that we are more aware of what and who is around us; and how we are to help. We are known by our fruits; what we say and what we do have significant impact on a spiritual level; most people do not realize because they are still blinded by Satan.

 “And take heed to yourselves, lest at any time your hearts be overcharged with surfeiting, and drunkenness, and cares of this life, and so that day come upon you unawares.”

^^we are to be watching and waiting daily at His gates (the heavens) we will receive a glorious crown for waiting on the LORD!

^^ Jesus always knows better than we do, He sees what we cannot see. Jesus wants our trust; belief  what simplicity is in Christ!

“and hope maketh not ashamed; because the love of God is shed abroad in our hearts by the Holy Ghost which is given unto us.”
