I never knew what true love was.. until I found Jesus, or He found me. Jesus’ gives us a peace that surpasses all understanding. No human being can do that. I stopped going to people (men rather) and sought Christ with my whole heart.. The Holy Spirit lives within us and performs the work of Christ. Sow in the Spirit. That’s why it is so important to spend time with God daily and to rest in His perfect love.
Next time you get down, sad, or just overwhelmed… pick up your Bible and read the promises about love. My heart was broken; and Jesus mended it back with these:
“Herein is our love made perfect, that we may have boldness in the day of judgment: because as he is, so are we in this world.”

What is love?
Love is Jesus Christ-
Love is the cross-
Everything and anything else seems to be a lie.
And we love, because He loved us first. It is the LORD’s work and doing.
The love of Christ is shed abroad in our hearts through the Holy Spirit.
