Revelation 17:12 warns us against a 10 nation army forming in the final days, explaining that the power of the army with give “authority to the beast”:

Whether or not Macron is the beast identified in Revelation, he is the man who has risen to greater power in France than any politician since the 1960s – and in faster time, no less. The Bible Predicts that in the last days, the world would be divided into 10 regions headed up by the Antichrist. The Club of Rome in 1973 proposed that the new global order include dividing the world into 10 economic trading blocks. Today, the European Commission includes a world map on their web site that shows 10 groups of nations, which would be designed to consolidate regional control. The first map of a 10-region division was done by the Club of Rome in their 1973 report “Regionalized and Adaptive Model of the Global World System, and the EC map alters these divisions only slightly based upon changes over several decades of economic growth. Today we are moving towards a new world order that will consist of 10 regions making up all the countries of the world. The Bible says the end-times Roman Empire will be composed of a group of ten kings. Daniel 7 symbolizes these ten kings as ten horns on the head of a beast. Daniel 7 says:
As for the ten horns, out of this kingdom ten kings shall arise, (Daniel 7:24a)
As a result, many theologians and Church Fathers await a 10-nation alliance in the area where the Roman Empire was.
Dr. John Walvoord, former president of Dallas Theological Seminary, anticipated the:
formation of the revived Roman Empire composed of a ten-nation confederacy. (1)
One very important early Church Father, Irenaus, wrote in the 100's A.D. He wrote that the Roman Empire would be partitioned out to the ten kings:
and concerning the ten kings who shall then arise, among whom the empire which now rules [the earth] shall be partitioned. (2, 3)
Church Father Hyppolytus, writing in the 200's A.D., expressed a similar view:
and the ten horns of the fourth beast are distributed over ten kingdoms (2, 4)
St. Cyril of Jerusalem, writing in the 300's A.D., also shared this viewpoint:
There shall rise up together ten kings of the Romans, reigning in different parts perhaps, (2, 5)
Below is a map of the historical Roman Empire at its greatest extent. However, the end-times Roman Empire does not start off this big. The Antichrist's military base starts off in Western Europe. He then conquers the surrounding areas by military force.
Notice how the territory of the Western European portion of the Roman Empire map leans more southern and western. The northeastern section of Western Europe was not part of the old Roman Empire.
There are hints in the Bible that the ten kings have a military relationship. First, Revelation 17 says that the ten kings make "war" against the Lamb (Rev. 17:14). Second, in the same passage, it says that these transfer their royal power to the Antichrist, so that they can totally destroy the end-time city code-named "Babylon" (Rev. 17:16-18; 18). A military attack like this implies a military relationship. Third, the ten kings are represented as horns. In the Vision of the Ram and the Goat (Daniel 8), animals represent empires. The horns of these animals are used when fighting other animals or kingdoms. Fourth, we know the ten kings have a military relationship, because the Antichrist is a military conqueror in the end-times (Daniel 11:36-45).
Therefore, the ten kings represent a ten-nation confederacy in Western Europe with a military relationship.
10-Nation Western European Union
In 1995, a military alliance called the “Western European Union” became ten countries. This alliance was a separate organization from the European Union. However, the alliance worked very closely with it. The EU was not a military organization at the time. Therefore, EU member countries agreed to use the Western European Union as its “defense component.” (6, 7, 8)

The Western European Union was a mutual defense treaty. It was like NATO, where an attack on one is considered an attack on them all. They also used this as a platform to launch civilian and military operations, since the EU was unable to do so. (7)
From 1999 until its eventual closure in 2011, member countries transferred the military functions of the WEU to the European Union. (7) Most importantly, they transferred the WEU’s ability to do joint military operations to the European Union. (7, 9, 10, 11)
Indeed, EU countries viewed this transfer as the very purpose of the existence. According to the EU foreign office’s official website:
The Council declaration states that in the event of the EU fulfilling its responsibility in the area of the Petersberg tasks [military functions], ‘the WEU as an organisation would have completed its purpose’. (11)
As we will see in a forthcoming article, this transfer fulfilled a prophecy about the Antichrist's consolidation of power.

The territory of the WEU countries significantly overlaps with the Western European portion of the Roman Empire. As with the historical Roman Empire, the member countries lean towards the southern and western parts of Western Europe.
Just as the Bible describes, there was a ten-nation confederacy in Western Europe with a military relationship.
Many prophecies are associated with these ten kings, including the Antichrist's rise to power and the consolidation of his military power. Even though this alliance closed down in 2011, these ten kings have an important role to play in the future. Remarkably, future European military cooperation will include the UK as well, despite the fact that they are leaving the EU.
Although the EU keeps growing there have never been more than 10 full and permanent members; Belgium, France, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Denmark, Germany, England, Portugal and Spain. They’re called the WEU and wield all the power of the organization. All the rest are associate members.
The Globalist Plot to Change the World System
In the wake of the Wuhan virus and the disruptions caused to the health, political, and economic systems of the world, many powerful leaders are now taking advantage of the pandemic in an attempt to bring about a New World Order. The advocates of globalism are calling for a Great Reset that will redesign the way the world operates and forever change its economic and social foundations. Could the Great Reset movement be another key event that paves the way to global socialism and the prophesied one-world empire of the Last Days?
Joe Biden, the US Democrat Party candidate for President in 2020, has advocated for radical changes to our institutions in the wake of the Wuhan pandemic. Breitbart reported that Biden has repeatedly called for fundamental changes to our way of life. They reported on May 4th, 2020, that Biden called the pandemic an “incredible opportunity…to fundamentally transform the country”. On May 11th, he said that the US needs to have “revolutionary, institutional changes”. On July 9, Biden then promised an “end to the era of shareholder capitalism”. And all of this in response to a pandemic!
That last statement by Joe Biden is exactly what those who want a Great Reset plan to do. Many have said in the past, ‘Never let a crisis go to waste’! So in response to the virus crisis, they want to force businesses to operate based not upon sales and profits, but upon the principle of whatever is good for society as a whole. Some of the largest companies that are viewed as too large and powerful, they want to nationalize and completely take over (i.e., healthcare and energy). These are the same strategies used by Marxists and socialists wherever they have come to power to justify total takeovers of major corporations and the elimination of free-market capitalism.
In the Nineteenth Century, Karl Marx and Friedrich Engels published their treatises that became known as the Communist Manifesto. They strongly argued against capitalism as well as the world financial system that created it. By highlighting the problems and divisions within the capitalist society, they forcefully advocated an alternative revolutionary system that they claimed would solve all of society’s problems. This deceptive Marxist path to rule is almost exactly the same impulse that drives the Great Reset today.
Klaus Schwab, the founder and executive chairman of the World Economic Forum, has said,
“The world must act jointly and swiftly to revamp all aspects of our societies and economies, from education to social contracts and working conditions. Every country, from the United States to China, must participate, and every industry, from oil and gas to tech, must be transformed. In short, we need a ‘Great Reset’ of capitalism”.
What began as a health crisis has now become a mechanism for enacting global change that will affect everyone. Schwab also said that our response to the virus thus far proves that a “reset of our economic and social foundations is possible”.
The illustration above is based on the Great Reset diagram that the World Economic Forum published earlier this year. As you can see, it is filled with all of the most popular phrases and social causes we constantly hear promoted by the globalists and the elite. In the end, it represents a high-level blueprint by the globalists to redesign the world with their ‘enlightened’ vision.
At a World Economic Forum meeting in early June 2020, Prince Charles was quoted as saying,
“We have a golden opportunity to seize something good from this [pandemic] crisis.
“Its unprecedented shock waves may well make people more receptive to big visions of change, and global crises like pandemics and climate change know no borders, and highlight just how interdependent we are as one people sharing one planet.
“It is an opportunity we have never had before and may never have again.
“So we must use all the levers we have at our disposal, knowing that each and every one of us has a vital role to play.”
However, this vision of global change is not all good. On October 25, 2020, the Archbishop of Ulpiana, Carlo Maria Viganò, sent an open letter to US President Trump warning him of the dangers of the Great Reset initiative. Viganò said in his letter:
“A global plan called the Great Reset is underway. Its architect is a global élite that wants to subdue all of humanity, imposing coercive measures with which to drastically limit individual freedoms and those of entire populations. In several nations this plan has already been approved and financed; in others, it is still in an early stage. Behind the world leaders who are the accomplices and executors of this infernal project, there are unscrupulous characters who finance the World Economic Forum and Event 201, promoting their agenda.”
Viganò’s warning contains great wisdom. He goes on to describe how this globalist ideology is supported by dark spiritual forces seeking to bring about global tyranny. Ultimately, this has little to do with a virus. They are just using the pandemic as a reason to bring about greater global control. In reality, this is a battle between good and evil, between the light of Christ and the darkness of Satan. Such tyranny ultimately will lead to the rise of the Antichrist and the Empire of the Beast as predicted in the Bible for the Last Days.
Today, we stand at the precipice of global change. Viganò says that the plan to use the pandemic crisis will be to force universal vaccination “accompanied by a requirement of a health passport and a digital ID, with the consequent contact tracing of the population of the entire world. He says, “those who do not accept these measures will be confined in detention camps or placed under house arrest, and all their assets will be confiscated.”
Those people calling for a Great Reset are using the Wuhan virus as a justification to bring about a complete overhaul of the global economy. They are also using it as an excuse to move quickly toward global governance. Viganò warns that in this process the globalists want to mark everyone with a digital ID as proof of vaccination and compliance with their safety protocols. Does this remind you of the Mark of the Beast? How much longer will it be before these prophecies come to pass?
The tenets of capitalism—especially the relatively free-market capitalism practiced by the United States and most of its key allies in the West—has been an ongoing frustration to the goals of the globalist agenda. Those that are trying to bring about the vision of a global socialist or Marxist society cannot do so if some nations staunchly maintain their freedom and independence. This is why President Trump is so hated by the globalists. He has interrupted their plans to transform the US into a socialist nation with globalist control over its economic, social, and political systems.
The Great Reset website also advocates strongly for this proposed global change, and they make it all sound so good. However, what they really want is not just to change capitalism into another system, but to also shut down or scale back major industries to ‘save the planet’ from their alleged environmental damage. They want everyone to consume less, which on the surface sounds great; however, if the world maintained the consumption levels of the shutdown phase of the Wuhan pandemic, then hundreds of millions of people would be without work indefinitely. Even now, because of the recent spike in Coronavirus cases, Europe and other countries are moving back to the dark days of complete shutdown. This move is likely to be disastrous for the economies of the world.
The use of economic shutdowns to stem the spread of a virus is simply not sustainable. Not only will it not stop the virus, but many people and families could become homeless as they can’t pay their rents, mortgages, loans, or leases. In addition, countless small businesses across the globe might have to permanently shut down due to a lack of customers, and as a result, even more people would lose their jobs.
The Great Reset website openly says that they want to go beyond just a temporary virus shutdown. They want to completely eliminate entire industries starting with oil, gas, and coal which produce carbon emissions, to the auto industry which builds vehicles that run on gasoline, to grounding airplanes that consume massive quantities of jet fuel. These extreme positions are similar to the proposals of the political left when they speak of a Great Reset. These radical reactions to a virus pandemic are being used by the globalists to create revolutionary changes that many people will foolishly accept in exchange for “safety”.
For the last 40 years, political progressives have tried to use global warming and climate change as harbingers of fear to justify their globalist objectives. Their latest attempt at revolutionary change is the Great Reset as a result of the coronavirus pandemic, which is the most radical plan yet devised.
Politico Magazine has said, “A crisis on this scale can reorder society in dramatic ways, for better or worse”. Unfortunately, governmental response to any crisis has almost always resulted in greater power for the state and less freedom for people. As evidence of this shift from freedom to tyranny, some state governors in the US have taken away basic constitutional rights from their citizens in the name of safety (The Times USA). The Independent reported that in the UK, the government is considering nationalizing the airlines, railways, and bus services to better provide safety. In Spain, the government has already nationalized all private hospitals to control the virus response (Business Insider).
Today, leftists and progressives are at the leading edge of the globalist agenda. They sit poised like a loaded spring ready to explode at every crisis to create global change and increase control. To the globalists, this ultimately means establishing supranational governing authorities. This will eventually include a true governing World Parliament with authority over all nations, a World Court to rule on global legal disputes, a World Revenue Service for global taxation, and ultimately a world leader to move all countries into their global socialist vision of utopia.
All of these events and forces are coming together to prepare for the End Times rule of the Antichrist during the last 7 years of this age. His rule over all nations will be the ultimate fulfillment of the globalist agenda. Thousands of years ago, the prophets of the Bible predicted these events would occur just before Christ returns. When the Antichrist rises to power, Daniel tells us that he will “think to change the times and laws” (Dan. 7:25). Dramatic change will be his mantra. The world is now crying out for a Great Reset and transformation. How much longer will it be before the Man of Sin arises to power and takes over the world?

Revived Roman Empire (European) 10 ‘Nation States’ of both weak and strong (iron mixed with clay) militaries to serve the Beast – as a ‘rent-an-army’ for one hour, they are not kings yet. But the Beast will make them ‘as kings’ (gives them sovereignty) to act on his behalf throughout the world, for short periods of time. The 10 nation military coalition of ‘iron and clay’ armies will be allowed to militarily enter any and every country under threat or activity of Islamic Terrorism, in the previously mentioned areas. NO POLITICAL LEADER will argue against this strategy. How many African, Middle East or Asian countries have the resources or military strength to launch an all-out military assault or campaign against worldwide Islamic Terrorists? NO SINGLE COUNTRY HAS THIS ABILITY. But, the Beast will give the ’10 King EU Military Coalition’ the ability, authority and sovereignty to do just this. This is NOT world war three. The Bible is clear that they do the Beast’s bidding ‘for an hour.’ An hour is not months or years, like the first or second world wars. An hour is a relatively short period of time. Islamic terrorist cells will be quickly identified, targeted and eradicated. This does not involve nuclear weapons or such, but rather a ‘quick strike, flexible, coordinated (act in ‘unison’)’ military force. This is EXACTLY how the EU is developing its ‘unified military defenses.’ I have documented this extensively over the past three (3) years. Macron is a ‘ring-leader’ regarding this effort. It is also no coincidence that Macron is BFF’s (Best Friends) with MbS. Don’t believe me? Let me bring this in for a landing on the Charles DeGaulle. MbS is the world’s ‘REAL EVIL’ as the current BEAST and coming Antichrist / One World Leader. He doesn’t rule the world by military force, but rather by lies, deception, false agreements, lying covenants, back-stabbing, self-interest, self-promotion, delusion, back-room deals, under-cover ‘friendships’ and assorted other dark arrangements. This is all part and parcel of his deception of the world, as he rises to worldly power, ultimately coming to a head as the Antichrist. He will talk like a savior, act like a savior, speak like a savior, look like a savior … but HE IS NOT. MbS, ‘Man by Satan.’
Ten Nation Confederacy of the Beast’s Kingdom (Rev. 13:1, 17:12, 17:13, 17:14, 17:16, 17:17). Throughout the book of Revelation, there are many references to ten (10) horns that represent ten (10) kings or nations making up a confederacy. The Bible indicates that they will have one mind and give their power and strength (political/military) to the antichrist. Although these leaders are not kings, in return for their allegiance to the antichrist’s system, they receive power as kings from the antichrist for a short period (one hour). Lastly, the Bible says in Rev. 17:17, “For God hath put in their hearts to fulfill his will, and to agree, and give their kingdom unto the beast, until the words of God shall be fulfilled.” The military strength of this ten (10) nation confederacy will be unrivaled in the Western Hemisphere. Russia’s strength is decimated by the Gog/Magog battle. The United States strength is inconsequential because it is no longer in NATO or the Middle East, its political and leadership will is split and the Rapture/Harpazo of the Church has gutted the military and its leadership ranks. The beast’s/antichrist’s ten (10) nation confederacy has no military or political equal in the West.
Ten (10) Evil Horns/Crowns (Kings) of the Beast’s Empire:
- … “And there appeared another wonder in heaven; and behold a great red dragon, having seven heads and ten horns, and seven crowns upon his heads.” (Rev. 12:3). (Emphasis added).
- … “And I stood upon the sand of the sea, and saw a beast rise up out of the sea, having seven heads and ten horns, and upon his horns ten crowns, and upon his heads the name of blasphemy.” (Rev. 13:1). (Emphasis added).
- … “So he carried me away in the spirit into the wilderness: and I saw a woman sit upon a scarlet coloured beast, full of names of blasphemy, having seven heads and ten horns.” (Rev. 17:3). (Emphasis added).
- … “And the angel said unto me, Wherefore didst thou marvel? I will tell thee the mystery of the woman and beast that carrieth her, which hat the seven heads and ten horns.” (Rev. 17:7). (Emphasis added).
- … “And the ten horns which thou sawest are ten kings, which have received no kingdom as yet; but receive power of kings one hour with the beast.” (Rev. 17:12). (Emphasis added).
- … “And the ten horns which thou sawest upon the beast, these shall hate the whore, and shall make her desolate and naked, and shall eat her flesh, and burn her with fire.” (Rev. 17:16). (Emphasis added).
Commentary: These 6 (six) verses describe the political and military backbone of the beast’s evil empire. The 10 (ten) kings are a consortium of political leaders that collectively give up their political and military sovereignty to the beast/antichrist. In exchange, he grants them “power as a king.” It is commonly believed that these ten political leaders who will be given “power as kings for one hour” will come from what is currently represented as the European region. The above reference in verse 17:12-14 indicates that these ten (10) political leaders act in a collective unison (with one mind), and give up their political and military might (power and strength) to the beast (based upon the will of God). This verse also continues on to indicate that these kings “for one hour” are active military participants against Jesus Christ on the Lord’s Day at the battle of Armageddon. Two verses reference the influence that these 10 (ten) kings have on Mystery Religion Babylon. Verse 17:7 indicates that these kings act in collective unison and purpose in supporting (and enforcing) the worldwide acceptance of the whore, Mystery Religion Babylon for 3 ½ years. They are the “muscle of the means” or the part of the beast that supports (carries) the domination of the mystery religion worldwide. The last reference, verses 17:16-17, indicate that midway through the Tribulation, these ten (10) kings turn on and destroy the whore, the Mystery Religion of Babylon.
Why would these ten (10) kings, who have worked for 3 ½ years to build up and support the whore, the worldwide mystery religion system, suddenly turn on her to “make her desolate and naked and shall eat her flesh and burn her with fire?” The answer lies in the religious or spiritual ‘bait-n-switch’ that Satan pulls off on evil mankind. At the beginning of the Tribulation, to gain easy acceptance and domination over the world’s peoples, Satan allows them to worship anything and everything (but God and Jesus Christ) and to also enforce his worship through the beast/antichrist and false prophet. The worship of anything and everything (but God and Jesus Christ) is known as Mystery Religion Babylon, which also includes Satanic and Islamic worship. Halfway (3 ½ years) into the Tribulation, Satan physically indwells the beast and commits the “Abomination of Desolation” in the rebuilt Jewish Temple. The satanically indwelt beast places himself in the holiest part of the rebuilt temple and declares himself to be God and demands to be worshipped directly as such, under the pain of death and beheading of not doing so. As a result, men who have taken the mark of the beast and perhaps have been worshipping idols of gold or silver, have no choice but to give up their mystery religion and are forced to worship Satan/beast exclusively. Most of those deceived men who have already been worshipping the beast and his image will have no problem in continuing to worship the satanically indwelt beast. Their worship will just be more of the same, except that Satan is now the direct object or recipient of their worship. Conversely, those men who were actively participating in the mystery religion of worshipping whatever they wanted, now have to turn their worship exclusively to Satan. Thus, Satan has effectively pulled-off a successful religious ‘bait-n-switch’ of historical proportions. Evil men thought they could get away with chasing whatever they wanted, and now, Satan/beast has a firm grasp of them ‘bait-hook-line-sinker.’ Evil men have to worship him, they are forced to worship him under threat of death. They have physically and satanically defiled themselves through taking the beast’s mark (or name, number) and thus, they have given themselves over totally, completely and whole heartedly to the beast’s kingdom and system. Now, the whole mystery religion system has been destroyed “burned with fire, flesh consumed,” and replaced with the singular, exclusive worship of Satan. The ten (10) kings that helped carry the whore throughout the whole world, and conversely, helped destroy her when the time was right and dictated by Satan. Just as the beast and false prophet are puppets of Satan, the 10 (ten) kings are the ‘puppet thugs’ or ‘heavy muscle goons’ that carry the beast’s system and mystery religion (for 3 ½ years) throughout the world.
Ten (10) is a doubling of Satan’s evil number of 5 (five), (5×2=10). In the context of God’s divine mathematics, these “kings for an hour with the beast” represent a double portion of Satanic evil or worldly strength. 10 (ten) also represents a doubling of the satanically empowered beast’s kingdom, or a doubling of any kind of Satan’s influence.

France is set to sell over 50 (5) Caesar artillery guns to the Czech Republic in a deal worth over 250 (5×5) million euros as Paris pushes for greater European defence autonomy, an Armed Forces Ministry official said on Wednesday. President Emmanuel Macron said on Tuesday that Europe needed to stop being naive when it comes to defending its interests and must build its own military capacity after sealing a 3 billion euros frigate deal with Greece and penning a cooperation agreement.
Paris was plunged into a dispute with the United States, Australia and Britain earlier this month over a trilateral nuclear security deal that sank a multi-billion dollar French-designed submarine contract with Canberra.
“This (Czech deal) comes after a period of rapprochement with the Czech Republic that was marked on a strategic level, but also a vision that is closer to what European defence policy should be and should bring us,” the official told reporters ahead of a visit by Armed Forces Minister Florence Parly to Prague on Thursday to sign the contract.
Most of the guns will be assembled in the Czech Republic.
France has also sought to bring European allies into military operations in the Sahel region of Africa where it has some 5,000 (5) counter-terrorism troops fighting Islamist militants as part of efforts to encourage a broader European military strategy.
The Czechs are one of nine countries that have contributed special forces to a European contingent.
Speaking for the first time on the AUKUS deal, Macron on Tuesday seized the opportunity to urge for more European autonomy as Washington increasingly reorientates its interests towards China and the Indo-Pacific.
“The Europeans must stop being naive. When we are under pressure from powers, which at times harden (their stance), we need to react and show that we have the power and capacity to defend ourselves. Not escalating things, but protecting ourselves,” Macron told a news conference with Greek Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis.
“This isn’t an alternative to the United States alliance.
“It’s not a substitution, but to take responsibility of the European pillar within NATO and draw the conclusions that we are asked to take care of our own protection.”
Under Tuesday’s agreement Athens agreed to buy three frigates with an option to buy a fourth for about 3 billion euros, a Greek government source told Reuters.
The accord, part of a broader strategic military and defence cooperation pact, comes after Athens had already ordered some 24 Dassault-made Rafale fighter jets this year, making it the first European Union country to buy the fighter jet.
“This will tie us for decades,” Mitsotakis said. “This opens the door to the Europe of tomorrow that is strong and autonomous, capable of defending its interests.”
When asked whether this deal risked raising tensions in the eastern Mediterranean, Macron said the accord did not target a country specifically, but Greece, as the outer border of the European Union needed to be protected.
“I don’t get the feeling that in the summer of 2020 it was Greece that was bellicose in the eastern Mediterranean,” Macron said, alluding to Turkish actions in the region.
“As Europeans it is our duty to show solidarity with members states. It is legitimate that we commit to equipping it so it can ensure its territorial integrity is respected and that we commit to cooperating to protect it in case of intrusions, attacks or aggressions,” he said.

God told His people what will happen and when. The world was created in six days and God rested the seventh day. Man rules the earth 6000 years and that rule is almost over. It is amazing how many Scriptures are fulfilled during our lifetime before the Rapture.
